Kara Jordan, CPT SSN
Kara is the lead weight management coach and aesthetics specialist at Southern Maryland Wellness.
Kara graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bowie State University with a BS in Psychology. She has completed her certification by the International Sports Sciences Association in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition. Kara is also highly skilled in several aesthetic procedures. In addition, she has earned the highest accreditation of Master CoolSculptor.
Since 2013, Kara has worked under the direction of Dr. Aryian Cooke, medical director at WWC-GYN medical practice. She has assisted in the coordination of obstetrical and gynecological patient care, customized bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, and the comprehensive weight management program. Her involvement in these various roles has afforded her the unique opportunity to meet both the medical and aesthetic needs of our patients and improved the quality of care.
Kara is dedicated to providing her clients with the education, guidance, and support to meet both their health care needs and aesthetic goals. She implements sports psychology to provide an evidence-based approach to develop individualized care plans for the clients of Southern Maryland Wellness.
